Terms of service

Effective July 22, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of AppScouter. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. Using AppScouter

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and use the service in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product develops. We will try to give reasonable notice when a material change affects your use.

2. Market intelligence and estimates

AppScouter provides research tools, chart signals, and estimated metrics for informational purposes. Revenue and download figures are estimates for the period shown, may come from third-party providers, and are not audited financial results.

Rankings, estimates, release information, and fast-growth signals can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are responsible for validating information before making product, financial, investment, or other business decisions.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, use automated access beyond documented limits, or redistribute substantial portions of AppScouter data without written permission.

Do not use AppScouter to violate another party’s rights or applicable platform, data-source, export, privacy, or intellectual-property rules.

4. Accounts and saved content

You retain ownership of the queries and labels you create. You grant us permission to host and process that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

We may restrict or terminate access when an account materially violates these terms, creates security risk, or exposes AppScouter or others to legal liability.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are processed by Stripe and renew automatically at the interval and price shown in Checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal available from your account menu.

Access is attached to the email you verify after purchase. If a checkout email was entered incorrectly, you may correct it during activation. Refunds, taxes, plan changes, and promotional terms are governed by the terms displayed at purchase and applicable law.

6. Ownership

AppScouter, its software, branding, original analysis, and product design are protected by intellectual-property laws. App names, icons, store metadata, and third-party data remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete coverage, or the accuracy of any estimate or signal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppScouter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of or reliance on the service.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Continuing to use AppScouter after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the support contact published in the AppScouter product.
